Diagnosis
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma, unspecified
Radiologic Findings
Radiologic Findings: Chest radiograph shows a thin-walled cavity lesion (arrow) in left middle lung zone (Fig 1A). The lesion has thin wall with speculated margin on the CT image (Fig 1B). There are a few lymph nodes in the mediastinum (Fig 1C). On the follow-up CT images about 2 months later, the lesion is more enlarged in left lower lobe and infiltration is visualized at left hilum around the left pulmonary artery (Fig 2A and B). CT image through the carina shows perinodal and mediastinal infiltrations (Fig 2C).
